KCPM as your Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of a construction project.

 

Our role includes defining project scope, developing schedules, managing budgets, procuring materials and labour, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with regulations and permits, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control.
